Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FlNAL and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or does not arrive.
If this is your case, please send us an email to ihearucards@gmail.com with your order and tracking number. We will also need an image or video of the issue with the shipping label visible.
If your request is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method as soon as possible. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at ihearucards@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with the plastic wrapping. If we receive the item open/used, we will not be able to refund it.

Please note that return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return or your proof of damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
